Southeast Restoration

Came out very quickly after our bathroom flooded to pull up the floor and start the drying process. Josiah & Morgan did an amazing job and didn't even complain about my crazy loud dogs lol. *Update* Completed the floor replacement and did a great job! Mr. Dave was a great project manager and helped walk me through the entire process until everything was complete. Will gladly use them again.

Southeastern Restoration was so easy to work with. Joe and Jaxson were so helpful in getting a deal worked out with our insurance to get the best possible price for the repair of the water damage in our home. Their contractors and workers were fast and efficient and Jaxson ensured that we stayed within our budget and the work was finished well ahead of schedule. We are even planning to have them redo the floors in our master bedroom as a result.

Southeast Restoration did a great job in restoring our house after hurricane Helene. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They even negotiated more money from the insurance company when the original settlement wouldn’t cover the estimate. They recognized a problem with the kitchen subfloor and were able to quickly replace the subfloor with a change order. We have pets and I was worried about letting people come into the house when we’re not home, but everything went well and I’d recommend them to anyone. Good contractors are hard to come by and SE Restoration is the best company we’ve found for major renovations.

Highly Recommend Southeast Restoration! We recently dealt with extensive water damage at our home in Evans, and I am so thankful we called Southeast Restoration. From the very start, their technicians, Jesse and Josiah, were incredible. They immediately assessed the damage and provided the expertise we needed to navigate an insurance claim for this unfortunate event. What really stood out was the communication. Jesse and Josiah were responsive, open, and reassuring every step of the way. They were so helpful and personable that we actually had them join us for dinner the first two nights; we truly felt like we were getting to know family members rather than just contractors. From the estimators and project managers to the office staff, the entire team has owned every part of the process. They guided us through what could have been one of the worst experiences of our lives and made us feel like everything was going to be okay. If you need mitigation for your home or business, look no further.

We are in the middle of a project with my dad’s house and I can’t say enough good things about Southeast Restoration! They have been extremely helpful in guiding us through this process, in working with our insurance company, with timely work schedules - I’m so impressed! Shakayla was phenomenal doing the mitigation and kept us updated daily ! We still have a ways to go in our process but I’m confident we are working with the best!! Part 2 - the reconstruction process was amazing too!! Jackson kept us updated regularly and thoroughly and was so easy to work with and handled each and every concern we had! As for the completion date - it was completed earlier than anticipated and you can’t ask for more than that!! The finished product is awesome and Christy helped with the interior design choices and she went above and beyond and has such a great eye for design! It all looks fabulous!! Shout out to Kelsey as well for dealing with the insurance company and the mortgage company to get everything handled with the insurance payments! It has been a challenge with a horrible mortgage company but she is a very diligent in getting things moving!! I highly recommend Southeast Restoration if
